Apply for Land Use

Applications are due second week of the month prior to the desired month for Planning Commission meeting. YOUR APPLICATION IS ONLY DEEMED COMPLETE WHEN A MILLCREEK PLANNER HAS HAD TIME TO FULLY REVIEW YOUR SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS.

LAND USE APPLICATION documents required (not all may apply)

Site plan or survey is the minimum requirement for a Design Review Committee Meeting. The more information you provide as soon as possible the more thorough our reviews can be with less errors.If you do not provide all of the suggested documents below at the time of design review committee meeting or application submission you acknowledge that more issues or errors may be discovered in subsequent reviews that will need to be resolved before any Millcreek Department issues final approval for a project.

  • Landscape Plan
  • Letter of Description
  • Signed and Notarized Affidavit from Property Owner
  • Site Surveys
  • Structure Elevations
  • Structure Floor plans
  • Site Plans
  • Any Other Related Document(s)

  • Subdivision
  • Vacate a Street
