NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold six public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 16, 2019, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of a conditional use permit and preliminary plat approval for a 9-unit Planned Unit Development on property located at approx. 3360 S. Ararat Drive by applicant Fox Den LLC; 2) consideration of a conditional use permit for a 9-unit townhome multifamily development on property located at approx. 3325 S. 1100 E. by applicant David Pedrazas; 3) consideration of a conditional use permit for a mixed use multifamily development consisting of 18 units and ground-floor commercial on property located at approx. 4572-4600 S. 900 E. by applicant Jay Mirrafie; 4) a rezone request from A-1 to RM, subject to a development agreement for a Planned Unit Development consisting of 11 townhomes on property located at approx. 4046 S. 700 W. by applicant Rick Whiting; 5) consideration of code amendments to Title 19, establishing a procedure to convert existing multifamily developments into condominiums by applicant Resonance Development; and 6) consideration of code amendments to Title 2 and 19, establishing public noticing requirements and clarifying procedures to notice community councils for certain land use applications. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the City Recorder at 801-214-2601 two days prior to the meeting date.
