Public Hearings Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of CU-22-018, request for conditional use permit for a 5-unit multi-family project located at approx. 2769 E. 3300 S. by applicant Kathleen Jackson; 2) consideration of CU-22-019, request for conditional use permit for a 19-unit boutique hotel in the C-2 Zone located at approx. 2888 E. 3300 S. by applicant Tariq Mughal; 3) consideration of CU-22-020, request for a conditional use permit for a child daycare facility (25-30 children) at a historic property located at approx. 1106 E. 4500 S.; and 4) consideration of ZM-22-014, request for removal of a zoning condition on a C-2 zoned property that limits commercial activity to office use only located at approx. 3701 S. Highland Drive by applicant Russell Platt. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/agendacenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream.
