Planning Commission Public Hearings Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of CU-22-001, request for a conditional use permit for a stealth telecommunications facility (monopine) in the R-M Zone at approx. 3450 S. Highland Drive by applicant Daniel Thurgood; 2) consideration of CU-22-022, request for a conditional use permit for a mixed use development consisting of Millcreek City Hall, 193 rental dwellings, and 16,000 square feet of office, restaurant, and retail space at 1311-1321 E. 3300 S., 3215 S. Richmond Street, and 1324 E. Chambers Avenue by applicants Cottonwood Residential and Millcreek; 3) consideration of CU-22-003, request for a conditional use permit for a parking lot in the M Zone at approx. 34 W. Central Avenue by applicant Hannah Vaughn; and 4) consideration of EX-22-001, request for a third dwelling in an existing structure located in the R-2-10 Zone be declared legal through special exception at approx. 1508-1510 E. 4500 S. by applicant Aaron Pugh/BAM LLC.
