NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold seven public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of an amendment to the Skyline Hills Subdivision plat, including the establishment of a new buildable area identified on the plat, pursuant to the Foothills and Canyons Overlay Zone requirements for property located at 4691 Thousand Oaks Drive by applicant Diane Warnock; 2) consideration of a 3-lot commercial subdivision for property located approx. at 2300 E. 3300 S. by applicant Anderson Wahlen and Associates; 3) consideration of a flag lot subdivision for property located at 2217 E. Evergreen Ave. by applicant Robert Dieringer; 4) consideration of a conditional use permit and preliminary plat approval for a planned unit development consisting of 9 dwellings for property located at 3429-3437 S. 1300 E. by applicant Brad Reynolds; 5) consideration of a rezone from R-2-10 to R-1-5 for property located at 4277 S. 500 E. by applicant Mark Snow; 6) consideration of a rezone from R-2-6.5 to R-M, subject to a development agreement to add 40 dwellings to the Capri Park Apartment Homes Development for property located at 3580 S. 900 E. by applicant Northstar Builders; and 7) consideration of a rezone from R-2-10 to R-M, subject to a development agreement for a townhome development consisting of 10 dwellings for property located at 3999 S. 500 E. and 534 E. Delno Dr. by applicant Byron Gates. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the City Recorder at 801-214-2601 two days prior to the meeting date.
