Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Council will hold one public hearing at approximately 7:00 p.m. on Monday, February 28, 2022, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, to consider application SD-21-010, vacating a 10-foot-wide public utility easement at approximately 3675 S. Craig Circle by applicant RMTR Investments LLC. A copy of the associated information for the hearing is on file for review at Millcreek City Hall. The council meeting will be live streamed via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61.
