Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold seven public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 15, 2020, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of EX-20-002, request to have a second dwelling in a single-family home declared legal through special exception located at approx. 918 East 3385 South by applicant Heather Wood; 2) consideration of EX-20-001, request for a sidewalk exception for a new single-family home located at approx. 3925 Mount Olympus Way by applicant Darin J. Bell; 3) consideration of SD-20-005/EX-20-005, preliminary plat approval and request for a sidewalk exception for a one-lot subdivision in an R-1-10 Zone located at approx. 1801 East Countryside Drive and 1786 Millbrook Road by applicant Whitney Sanson; 4) consideration of ZM-20-004/GP-20-003, Future Land Use Map amendment from Neighborhood 1 to Retail/Office and rezone from R-1-8, R-1-5, and RM to C-2, subject to a development agreement located at approx. 4356-4358 and 4372 S. 900 E. by applicant Washmore LLC; 5) consideration of SD-20-006/CU-20-004, preliminary conditional use permit and preliminary plat approval for a townhome planned unit development consisting of 12 dwellings located at approx. 4120 S. Highland Drive by applicant Todd Gardner; 6) consideration of SD-20-003, preliminary plat approval for a 4-lot subdivision in an R-1-8 zone located at approx. 3035 S. Kenwood Street by applicant Ivory Development; and 7) consideration of ZM-20-003, rezoning approx. 1.2 acres from R-1-10 to R-1-5 located at approx. 4524 S. 785 E. by applicant Bryan Colemere. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be conducted electronically per Millcreek State of Local Emergency Directive No. 2 of 2020 and live streamed via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream.
