NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold eight public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of a rezone from M and C-3 to MD, subject to a development agreement for a mixed use multifamily project for property located at 3975-3999 S. Main St. by applicant JF Glenwood, LLC; 2) consideration of a rezone from R-2-8 to RM, subject to a development agreement for a townhome PUD for property located at 950 E. Grape Ivy Way by applicant Hamlet Development; 3) consideration of a rezone from R-2-10 to R-1-3, subject to a development agreement for a duplex development for property located at 3999 S. 500 E. by applicant Byron Goates; 4) consideration of a conditional use permit for 2 duplexes for property located at 4137 S. 900 E. by applicant Kasey Kershaw; 5) consideration of a rezone from R-1-8 to R-1-6, subject to a development agreement to facilitate a flag lot subdivision for property located 3125 S. 2300 E. by applicant Blake Hansen; 6) consideration of a rezone from R-1-8 to C-2, subject to a zone condition limiting uses to public uses to facilitate the reconstruction of a fire station for property located at 3608 S. Jupiter Dr.; 7) consideration of a subdivision plat amendment for lots 1 and 2 of the Webb Creekside Subdivision located at 2380 E. Evergreen Ave. by applicants David and Melodie Webb; and 8) consideration of amendments to Title 19 of Millcreek Code updating requirements for billboards. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the City Recorder at 801-214-2601 two days prior to the meeting date.
