Public Hearings Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold three public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of EX-22-002, request for an exception to Millcreek’s sidewalk standards for the dedication of the Pinnacle Place right-of-way at 4842 S., 4848 S., and 4852 S. Pinnacle Place by applicants Franklin and Bonnie Miller, Roger and Camille McGillis, Terry O’Hara, and Brenda Ruthizer; 2) consideration of SD-21-011, final plat approval for an amendment to the Pinnacle Place Subdivision to dedicate Pinnacle Place into a public right-of-way pursuant to Millcreek Code 14.50 at 4842 S., 4848 S., and 4852 S. Pinnacle Place by applicants Franklin and Bonnie Miller, Roger and Camille McGillis, Terry O’Hara, and Brenda Ruthizer; and 3) consideration of SD-22-001, preliminary plat approval for a 2-lot subdivision at 4181 S. State Street by applicant Elliot Smith. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/agendacenter.
