Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold seven public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of CU-21-004, conditional use request for a four-plex in the R-4-8.5 Zone located at approx. 2420 E. 3300 S. by applicant Elliot Abel; 2) consideration of SD-21-002, amending lots 8 and 9 of the Wasatch Gardens Subdivision located at approx. 1947, 1955, and 1963 E. 3300 S. by applicant Meg Bond; 3) consideration of CU-21-005/SD-21-003, conditional use request for a 13-townhome planned unit development project located at approx. 1947, 1955, and 1963 E. 3300 S. by applicant Meg Bond; 4) consideration of CU-21-007, conditional use request for a dwelling group with four duplexes in the A-1 Zone located at approx. 4046 S. 700 W. by applicant Rick Whiting; 5) consideration of CU-21-008/SD-21-005, modification of a conditional use permit CU-19-008 and preliminary plat approval for an amendment to the townhomes at Millcreek Park Subdivision to include a planned unit development located at approx. 4115 S. 300 E. by applicant Mark Stephenson; 6) consideration of ZM-19-012, rezone request from R-1-8 to R-2-6.5 located at approx. 1315 Magda Lane by applicant Raed Salem; and 7) consideration of ZT-21-001, amendments to Title 18 regarding title report requirements.

The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be conducted electronically per Millcreek State of Local Emergency Directive No. 2 of 2020 and live streamed via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream.
