Public Hearing Notice (PDF)

Notice is hereby given that on Monday, April 25, 2022, at approx. 7:00 p.m., at Millcreek City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the City Council: to consider the Fiscal Year 2022-23 General Fund, Capital Improvement Project Fund, and Storm Water Fund tentative budget; and to consider an appropriation of up to $3,000 to Millcreek Common. Pursuant to the requirement of Utah Code Ann. §10-2-8 a study regarding the appropriation was performed and is available for review by interested parties at City Hall during regular business hours between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Following the public hearing, the City Council may adopt an ordinance/resolution authorizing the appropriation. 

Notice is also hereby given that on Monday, April 25, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable, at Millcreek City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the Millcreek Community Reinvestment Agency will hold a public hearing to consider the Fiscal Year 2022-23 Community Reinvestment Agency Fund tentative budget. 

A copy of the tentative budgets and associated information for the hearings is on file for review at Millcreek City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. The meetings will be live streamed via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream.
