Open House and Public Hearings Notice
The City of Holladay and Millcreek will be holding a joint open house and separate public hearings, before the respective City Councils, to gather input from the community and provide details about the 3900 South reconstruction project from 2300 East to I-215. The purpose for this project is to replace the failing asphalt conditions along 3900 South; and while doing so, create a safe and aesthetically pleasing street that is accommodating for all motorists and pedestrians. It is anticipated that the project will include continuous sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drains, improved pedestrian crossings, dedicated bike lanes and enhanced UTA bus stops.
