Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold five public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, 2021, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of SD-21-004, request for a 2-lot subdivision located at approx. 2311 E. Delia Drive by applicant Chris Weaver; 2) consideration of CU-21-009, request for a conditional use permit for a parking lot in the C-3 Zone and City Center located at approx. 1235 E. 3300 S. by applicant Harmons Grocery; 3) consideration of EX-21-001, request for a special exception for a sidewalk located at approx. 3817 S. Parkview Drive by applicants Brynn Thomas and Miles Maynes; 4) consideration of ZT-21-003, a recommendation to amend the Millcreek zoning ordinance to enact a City Center Overlay – Development Agreement Zone at approx. 3332 S. 1300 E.; and 5) consideration of ZT-21-004, a recommendation to amend the Millcreek zoning ordinance for internal, attached, and detached accessory dwelling units in residential zones. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be conducted electronically per Millcreek State of Local Emergency Directive No. 2 of 2020 and live streamed via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream.
