NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold five public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) ZM-19-011, consideration of adoption of a development agreement for a mixed use development consisting of 144 townhomes and 7,500 square feet of commercial space at 4186 S. Main Street by applicant Clearwater Homes, LLC; 2) CU-19-005/SD-19-008, consideration of a conditional use permit and preliminary plat approval for an amendment to the Capri Park Homes PUD Plat for 40 additional dwellings at 3580 S. 900 E. by applicant Northstar Builders; 3) CU-18-020/SD-19-007, consideration of an amendment of a conditional use permit and preliminary plat approval for a planned unit development consisting of 9 dwellings at 3325 S. 1100 E. by applicant David Pedrazas; 4) SD-19-006, consideration of preliminary plat approval of a condominium conversion plat at 3560-3572 S. 1300 E. by applicant Sean Steinman; and 5) ZT-19-002, consideration of amendments to Millcreek Code Title 19 Noticing and Hearing Requirements for Land Use Hearings. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2602 two days prior to the meeting date.
