Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Hearing Officer will hold one hearing at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023: 1) LUHO-23-007, Austin Dent is seek a variance at 3564 S. 1100 E. to 1) reduce the minimum ½ acre lot size, 2) reduce the minimum 50-foot setback requirement, as measured from center of a private right-of-way and, 3) to develop a lot which has access onto a private right-of-way less than 42 feet wide, all of which are requirements per the Millcreek City Zoning Code.
