NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold four public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of CU-19-007, a conditional use permit for a mixed use development consisting of an auto repair business and a 36-dwelling multifamily building located at 3816-3820 S. Highland Dr. by applicant Sean Hansen; 2) consideration of CU-19-006, a conditional use permit for a mixed use development consisting of 3800 square feet of commercial space and 176 dwellings located at 3999 S. Main Street by applicant JF Capital; 3) consideration of ZM-19-013, a rezone from A-1 to RM subject to a development agreement for a senior housing condominium development located at 4046 S. 700 W. by applicant Rick Whiting; and 4) consideration of SD-19-008, a preliminary plat approval of an 8-lot residential subdivision located at 3559 S. Highland Drive by applicant Ivory Homes, LLC. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearings should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2602 two days prior to the meeting date.
