Public notice is hereby given that on Friday, August 16, 2019 at approx. 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearing will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer: Erich Telford is requesting to enlarge a non-complying structure on his property at 2860 E. 3220 S.  Mr. Telford’s detached garage currently has a setback of 1 foot from the property line rendering the structure legal non-conforming.
