Public Hearings Notice (PDF)

Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold two public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of EX-23-001, request for an exception from Millcreek’s sidewalk standards at approximately 3941 S. Mount Olympus Way by applicant Darin Bell; and 2) consideration of ZM-23-001/GP-23-001, request to rezone from the R-1-8 zone to the C-3 zone to accommodate an approximate 21,000 square foot, 3 level ground-up medical/dental office building and a General Plan map amendment from the Public/Quasi designation to the City Center designation at approximately 3179 S. Highland Drive by applicant Rigby Watts & CO, Adam Watts. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall and on the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/agendacenter. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearings and make comments. The meeting will be live streamed via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream.
