Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold six public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of GP-19-002, amendment of the Future Land Use Map changing the designation of certain property from Neighborhood 2 to Neighborhood 1 at approx. 4000 S. 700 W.; 2) consideration of ZT-19-003, amendment of the Town Center Overlay Zone; 3) consideration of CU-19-010/SD-19-011, conditional use permit and preliminary plat approval for a 26-unit planned unit development at approx. 602 E. 3900 S. by applicant Ken Keller; 4) consideration of SD-19-012/EX-19-002, preliminary plat approval of a flag lot in a R-1-8 zone and recommendation to the Millcreek Mayor regarding an exception to the City’s sidewalk standards at approx. 2525 E. Neff’s Lane by applicant Ryan Heath; 5) consideration of SD-19-003, preliminary plat approval of a flag lot in a R-1-6 Zone at approx. 773 E. Scott Avenue by applicant Brandon Pehrson; and 6) consideration of CU-19-004, conditional use permit for a mixed use multifamily development consisting of 48 dwellings and 980 square feet of retail space at approx. 949-959 E. 3300 S. by applicant True Land Company. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments.
