Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold six public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of CU-23-003/PUD-23-001, request for a conditional use permit and subdivision of a 12 unit residential mixed use project at approx. 4080, 4088, and 4090 S Highland Drive by applicant Nathan Anderson; 2) consideration of SDA-23-003, request for a 3 lot subdivision in the R-1-5 Zone at approx. 3564 S 1100 E by applicant Austin Dent; 3) consideration of ZT-23-010, request for a Village Center Special District (VCSD) enabling ordinance by Millcreek; 4) consideration of ZM-23-004, rezone request from R-1-8 to VCSD to accommodate a mixed use center including a high-end car dealership and public space/mixed use with commercial at approx. 3942, 3944, 4072, 4074 S Wasatch Boulevard by applicant Mile High 901, LLC; 5) consideration of SD-22-013, request to convert 7 attached two-family buildings into 14 individual units through a condominium subdivision plat at approx. 4321 S 500 E by applicant AJ Shaffer; and 6) consideration of EX-23-002, request for an exception to install curb, gutter, and sidewalk at approx. 3345 S Oakwood Street by applicants Summer and Andrew Greaves.
