Notice is hereby given that the Land Use Hearing Officer will hold two hearings at approx. 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2023: 1) LUHO-23-013, Chase Carlin is requesting to alter a non-compliant residential structure to add a second garage on the south end of the existing home located at 4508 S Park Hill Drive; and 2) LUHO-23-012, Caleana Nelson is requesting to convert an existing detached structure into an accessory dwelling unit at 1029 E Perrywill Avenue.
