Public Hearing Notice

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, October 12, 2020, at approx. 7:00 p.m., at Millcreek City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearing will be held before the City Council: consideration of 3800 South Skyline High School Project, a proposal to construct roadway improvements on Upland Drive (3800 South) between 3276 East and Wasatch Boulevard to address traffic congestion and safety issues. A draft environmental document (Categorical Exclusion) is available for public review. The public is invited to attend or watch the hearing and make comments. The meeting/hearing will be conducted electronically per Millcreek State of Local Emergency Directive No. 2 of 2020 and live streamed via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/373/Meeting-Live-Stream. Public comment can be submitted via the City’s website at: https://millcreek.us/FormCenter/Contact-Us-5/Public-Comments-61. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodation during the public hearing should notify the ADA Coordinator at 801-214-2751 two days prior to the meeting date.
