Notice is hereby given that approximately 0.18 acres of real property located at or near 3203 South Highland Drive, Millcreek, Salt Lake County, Utah has been declared surplus through Ordinance 22-43, adopted by the City Council on September 26, 2022. The City Council has determined that the parcel is a significant parcel of real property as defined by Millcreek Code of Ordinances and that the minimum bid for such property is a trade for 0.04 acres of real property located at or near 3254 South Highland Drive with Questar Gas Company, dba Dominion Energy, and that such constitutes the highest and best economic return to the city.
