Notice is hereby given that the Millcreek Planning Commission will hold two public hearings at approx. 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at City Hall, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah: 1) consideration of CU-19-004, conditional use permit for a mixed use multifamily development consisting of 48 dwellings and 980 square feet of retail space at approx. 949-959 E. 3300 S. by applicant True Land Company; and 2) consideration of ZM-19-016, a rezone from R-1-8 to R-1-6 to allow for each residence to be located on a separate parcel by utilizing the flag lot policy at approx. 1643-1647 E. Woodland Avenue by applicant Greg Sneyd. A copy of the associated information for the hearings is on file for review at City Hall. The public is invited to attend the hearings and make comments.
